Born and raised in Madison, Mississippi, Pat Seabrook founded Home Bridge Medical with a strong background in business and a commitment to outstanding customer service. A graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Business and Marketing, Pat previously built and successfully sold a company known for its exceptional service standards.

His vision for Home Bridge Medical is centered on reliability, personal relationships, and creating seamless transitions from clinic to home. As an avid outdoorsman and lifelong Mississippian, Pat values integrity, community, and doing business the right way.

Patrick Smith

Vice President of Sales

Also born and raised in Madison, Mississippi, Patrick Smith graduated from Madison Ridgeland Academy before earning his Business Management degree from Mississippi State University.

With experience as a Low Voltage Technician, Patrick brings a strong blend of technical expertise and hands-on problem-solving to his role. As VP of Sales, he builds meaningful relationships with clinics, providers, and patients, ensuring both operational efficiency and personalized care remain at the forefront of Home Bridge Medical’s service model.
